Shipping policy

Thank you for your order with ADOREYES. Order processing time is 1-2 business days, and normal delivery and transit time is 2-8 business days (excluding holidays, weekends, closed business hours). Orders are shipped from Niagara Falls. Air shipments or express shipments will be sent the next business days. There are no changes available to the delivery address after the order has been processed. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

We will notify you of any out of stock items or delayed processing for your order, along with an estimated time of arrival for items that are shipped separately

ADOREYES is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered incorrectly, and is not obligated to re-send the goods. Shipment errors can be filed as a claim with the carrier. If a lost package claim is accepted by the carrier they may offer reimbursements. Additional carrier insurance is not available.
